This vibrant work was originally published within a portfolio, a contribution to raising funds for the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles. The result of a longstanding relationship between the artist and the museum, this exuberant work extols Francis’ recognition as a headlining contemporary artist. Bold dashes of purple and black dominate the page, whilst splatters of red, blue and green embellish an otherwise blank space. Color and abstraction compose a dramatic and unforgettable image sure to please many.
