Toying with texture, Miró creates a fanciful and meaningful work that abounds with formations. The background of the work is a beautiful soft tone, which wonderfully highlights the deep black lines that intersect to form stars. Miró used astral maps for such compositions and they display such a beautiful artistry that it’s easy to see his passion and heartfelt expression within the work.
